Support almost since Alex was born

Our story with Arche Noah began shortly after Alex was born. During one of the hardest times in our lives, I learned that help is not always about money – sometimes another person simply being there is priceless.
Beate Fischl has a special place in our story. During long hospital stays she stayed with Alex so I could briefly eat, breathe or gather strength. When Melanie was with me, Beate took her to the playground and gave her a piece of ordinary childhood.

Later we also received financial help: €800 for the many hospital journeys, €1,000 in 2025 for osteopathy and another €2,000 at the end of 2025 for Alex’s therapy and rehabilitation.
After Beate Fischl retired, Arche Noah remained beside us. We continue to be in contact with Birgit Breustedt (Heilpädagogische Leitung), Marion Sedlmeir (nurse) and Anja Kiemle (Montessori educator). We are deeply grateful to them for both emotional and financial support.
Looking back, I do not see only amounts of money. I see people who sat beside my tiny son, gave Melanie moments of childhood and have stayed beside us to this day. I am deeply grateful.
